Ghost of Girlfriends Past — now that’s 2 hours of my life I’ll never get back. Absolutely abysmal. Slimy, smarmy.  If someone on the screen makes a joke, and no-one in the audience laughs, is it still funny?

Jennifer Garner, how far you have fallen since your Alias days. Michael Douglas you pretty much peaked 20 years ago.  Do us a favor, retire, and enjoy your golden years with Catherine Zeta Jones.  And dear, dear, Matthew McConaughey you haven’t had a decent movie since “We are Marshall”–you’re getting a little long in the tooth to play swinging bachelors and surfer dudes don’t ya think?

Perhaps the movie should have been called “Ghosts of Movie-and-TV-Show Has-beens Past.”
